WEDNESDAY

10 - 11am ~ Gentle Stretch and De-stress (Doreen)

This class emphasizes relaxation with slow deep breathing and plenty of seated and reclined stretches. Basic yoga poses are explored at a slower pace to enhance understanding and increase flexibility.  An extended guided savasana and meditation will quiet the mind encouraging deep peace.
